LINE FOR MECHANICAL AND PYROCHEMICAL CLEANING OF COPPER SCRAP (“Mix”) MPHO-500, MPHO-1000
Presently, copper processing plants prodicting rods and wire products are using, as a raw material, cathodes and “A” class, grade 1 copper scrap with Cu content of 98-99.5%. Today, secondary metal market situation is developing in an unfavourable manner: high purchasing prices, and insufficient volumes.
We have developed and put into operation a process line for mechanical and pyrotechnical cleaning of mixed copper scrap (“mix”) with Cu content of 92-96%, and producing out of this scrap a raw material corresponding to class A, grade 1 or 1a with Cu content of 96-99%.
